1st week: Set 1 only

B. When "rolling" your penis...try not to lose contact with penis. Roll to the tips of your fingers and bottom of palms with each cycle.

C. Start off slowly then go faster as you get the hang of it. You can move up and down along your shaft for variety. Do 3 sets - 2 minutes each, rest 1 minute. Remember, do this gently not to damage penis.

The "Milking" Exercise

A. When finished with the "Big Roll" exercise, you are ready for this next exercise. While still erect, lightly lubricate your hands and penis.

B. With your right hand wrap your thumb and index finger around your penis like an "O". Starting at the base, slowly move your thumb and finger up along the shaft till you reach nearly the tip. At that time your left hand should be at the base following the same movement. Keep a firm grip that is comfortable for you.

C. Keep alternating hands for 1 minute then rest for 1 minute. Do the "milking" again for 2 minutes then rest for 1 minute. Your final milking will be for 3 minutes. The object is to get into a milking rhythm and be consistent while doing it. You're trying to get blood to the tip of the penis for maximum stretch and growth.

D. When finished milking your penis...do the "Big Roll" exercise again to finish the PE workout.

The "Warm-down"

After the Big Roll, apply a warm damp cloth around your penis and leave on for 3 minutes.

After a few weeks of the Program, you may increase time per sets to build up to the next level. Do not over train your penis. Use good judgment and common sense when increasing set times.
